Horse Boarding

Boarding includes:

* Brand new 12x12 stalls with aisle facing drop down doors

* Brand new Flex Fence 3 rail and Horse cote wire fencing
* Personal one on one service and care
* Supplements, fly spraying and blanketing at no additional cost
* Training, bathing, and special daily riding/care available for additional fee
* Trail riding clinics, basic horsemanship lessons, trail club meeting monthly and on site leasing available
* Hauling to shows and trails also available
* Experienced breeding, broodmare and foaling care available, all stalls convert into foaling stalls.

BARN RULES
- Board is due on the first of the month

- Board is for the stall and pasture for 30/31 days one month (AKA you take your horse on a trail trip, you still must pay for that week.) Basically you must pay weather your horse is here or not.

- Mares in Foal must be brought to my attention and special arrangements can be made.

- Must inform the farm about relocation of your horse to another barn 6 weeks before. To allow us adequate time to fill your stall with no empty time.

- REQUIRED -- Regular worming (ie every 2/3 months), Yearly Negative Coggins Test, 4 to 6 weeks notice before bring a horse out



Board Pricing For 2008-2009:

- Stall Rent Only-
No Pasture- you provide your own feed, hay, bedding and come out twice a day to feed your horse, and clean stall . $175


- Stall and Pasture -
you provide your own feed, hay, bedding and come out twice a day to feed your horse, and you clean stall. $225


- Limited Care - We provide hay, feed, bedding, and you come out and feed, and clean stall - $250


- FULL CARE - We provide hay, feed, bedding, We WILL and feed, and clean stall twice a day - $300
