About Scott A. Schuetz,
Owner and Operator of Schuetz Farms

MacWinner

I have been around horses for a long time, ever since I can remember I have been impressed with the speed, beauty, and attitude of the horse. I however did not have the means to purchace my first horse until I was out of High School. Below are some pictures of Skye and myself. Skye was the first horse I purchaced. I purchaced him from Jim Neumann of Highland. Since the purchace Jim and I have been long term friends and enjoy ridding together whenever possable. While Schuetz Farms was still a dream and under construction I kept Skye at Jim's barn, Jim was able to teach me all I needed to know about horses, and I am so happy that he did. Jim is a great rider, and a great friend.

Now days I am training horse for all types of differnet shows and all kinds of different disiplines. I am specialize in Westren Riding disiplines, however I have compeated in and judged English and Hunter/Jumper shows too.

Along with all the work I do at Schuetz Farms I try to give back to the community that has givn me so much. I am an active member of the Madison County Fair Board, Boy Scout Merit Badge Advisor, 4-H sponsor. Click here to see a news release that was ran with regurds to the boy scouts comming out to the farm in 2007.

Along with the training that I do I love to trail ride. Trail ridding is something that you can share with your whole family. This is also a great way to bring busy families back together.

In my spare time, if I have any I have started writing short articles for promotional means. These articles I would like to have published at some time. See the list of current Articles by Clicking Here.
